Day 335: Builders

After watching the construction on the house next door, Clara and Lincoln decided they wanted to be builders too.  So they "built" Joe's toys.

*As we were watching the construction, Clara asked me where the blueprints were.  I swear she's too smart for her own good.

Day 334: Room

I spent 3 hours today converting my sewing room into Joseph's room.  They were one in the same since he's was born, but I decided it was just getting too crowded.  So after several trips up and down 2 flights of stairs, this is what our middle bedroom looks like.

Day 333: Games

Clara, Lincoln, and I decided to play Sorry.  Too bad both of them got bored long before anyone got a guy into Home..... 

Day 332: Christmas Shopping Done

Here lies all our Christmas presents.  So glad it's done!  :)

Day 331: Foundation

This foundation has actually been in for a few days, but since it was Thanksgiving, it hadn't changed much....

Day 327: New Best Friend

Clara had a blast playing with her second cousin all Thanksgiving Day.  She told me that she wanted a picture of her and her new best friend.

Day 323: Christmas

Our house is officially decorated for Christmas.  Jeremy and Clara got to put the ornaments on the tree.

Day 322: Construction

I love that Clara watched the construction out the window for a very long time.  I figured she wouldn't be to interested because she's not a boy, but I was wrong.  Look forward to many future pictures as this house gets built!

Day 321: Just Looking

Clara kept putting her hair on Joe's face because she liked watching him squirm.  When I asked her to stop, she said, "I'm just looking."

Day 320: Reading

Clara was so proud of herself that she read this long story.  When  I showed her what she got to read, her eyes got really big and you could tell she didn't think she could do it.  But I coaxed her by telling her she just had to read it one word at a time.  She took a deep breath and did it!  I'm so proud of her!

Day 319: Cages

Clara loves to dump the stuffed animals out of their buckets and use them as cages when she pretends to be an animal.

Day 318: Mustache

Clara decided she wanted to play with her hair during scripture study and prayer.  (I'm sure my laughing and taking a picture didn't help with us teaching her she needs to be reverent.)

Clara loves it when the neighbor kids come to play - especially when the indulge her by wearing all her dress up clothes so they can be "characters" in a movie.  I love that my daughter knows the word characters.

Day 314: Snow

The first snow fall of the year that you could actually play in the snow afterwards.  Clara had so much fun.  I picked this picture because you can see the glee in her face as she runs around in the snow.

Day 313: Weather

I'm sure most weather stations do this, but the weather I always check has red numbers for temps that go higher than 10 degrees above the average, and blue numbers for temps that go lower than 10 degrees below the average.  It's not often you see a red and blue number right next to each other!

Day 312: Hot Chocolate

Made my first cup of hot chocolate for the season.  Yum!

Day 311: Hair Loss

I mentioned on my other blog that I keep shedding like crazy.  That's the reason why I chopped my hair off.  This is what my hand looked like after I was done blow drying my hair this morning.  (And that's after my hair cut!)

Day 309: Football

Joseph was being a little fussy, so Jeremy mentioned that he likes to be held with pressure on his tummy.  This is how his Uncle interpreted that.  Good thing Joe loved it!

Day 308: DoTerra

I went to a DoTerra party where I actually got to bring home some oils just for attending.  I'd been to several DoTerra parties prior to this one and I must say the seller did a wonderful job.

Day 307: Stocking

I finally got Joseph's Christmas stocking done.  Can't wait to hang it up with the rest of ours!

Day 306: Feeding

Since I breast feed, Jeremy rarely gets to feed Joseph.  So when he does, I love watching my two boys interact with each other.
