Day 182: Pantry

I'm in charge of my family reunion this week, so I got a lot of food today at the store.  My pantry has never been so full!

Day 181: Trampoline

Our neighbors got a new trampoline and Clara LOVES it when they invite her over to play on it. 

Day 180: Crib

I was able to get our crib put up today along with cleaning up all my sewing stuff off the table!

Day 179: Weeds

The empty lot next to our house is infested with weeds.  This one comes up to my knees.

Day 178: Dr Visit

I had a much longer than expected doctor appointment today.  It all started with slightly high blood pressure and ended with me having to take a 24 hour urine test, along with 24 hours of bed rest.

Day 177: Birthday

My gifts from my wonderful family.

Day 176: Home!

Boy am I glad to not only be home, but that I still have a home.  After our long weekend, we decided to just throw our belongings into our living room and put them away later...

Day 175: Picnic

To help pass the time while we were out of our house, we all went on a picnic!  Of course we had to go for a little hike after we were done eating, and found this cute little stream to pose by.

Day 174: Big Bed

Clara was so excited to not only get to have a sleep over at Grandma and Grandpa's, but to get to sleep in such a big bed! (And yes, she wanted to pretend to be asleep for the picture.)

Day 173: Fire

Someone target shooting created a wile fire today and we have a beautiful view from our back yard.

Day 172: MRI

Jeremy got to have an MRI this morning to figure out exactly why his shoulder keeps dislocating.  Since he's claustrophobic, he opted to have Valium.  So this is him on our way out!

Day 171: Smile

Clara decided to turn her grilled cheese sandwich into a smile.

Day 170: Pool Dance

Clara loves having me take pictures of her, and she loves to pose.  This is a picture she asked me to take.

Day 169: Swollen

Summer is here!  With that means hot weather and my prego body is retaining water like crazy.

Day 168: Baseball Game

I went to my nephew's baseball game today.

Day 167: Sling

Day 166: ER

So technically I took this picture 30 ish minutes too late.  I had brought my camera to a birthday party, knowing I would get a lot of pictures to post.  However, after only about 10 minutes of being at the party, Jeremy dislocated his shoulder and we spent the rest of the night seeing 2 different doctors...  When we got home, I realized I hadn't taken any pictures, but it was already 12:30.  So with the night I've had, I'm counting it!

Day 165: Free TV

We finally got a bed for our guest bedroom and we happened to pick a weekend where they were giving away a free TV with the purchase of a mattress set.....
The TV and bed were both delivered today and boy are we excited.

Day 164: Do I look Fancy?

That is what Clara asked me after posing like this.

Day 163: Radishes

I was able to pick the radishes I grew in our garden!  Yum!

Day 162: Conductor

On the walk home from choir this after noon, Clara found a conducting stick and "made" me sing I am a Child of God all the way home.  And yes she directed me with her eyes closed most of the time.

Day 161: Tomato Plant

Ever since I transplanted my tomatoes outside, they have not done well.  Including the one on the right that will no longer stand up straight.  I really need to find a stick to tie it to....

Day 160: Sand Sunbathing

There's nothing like getting sand rubbed all over your back by a younger sibling when you are trying to stay warm in the sun!

Day 159: Scripture Picture

Our bishop had challenged us to read the Book of Mormon in 6 months as a family.  This makes for long scriptures studies for a 4 year old.  To keep Clara entertained (and listening) we let her draw pictures of things we're reading about.  This is her interpretation of King Amlici and his followers....

Day 158: Head Band

My grandmother sent this headband to Clara in the mail, and Clara LOVES it.

Day 156: Clara's Take Over

Clara has decided that to take over our bedroom during the day.  She'll bring in her "art supplies," including the table and chair for her to "work" all day long.

Day 155: Picture

Clara was reading her Friend magazine during church today and saw the pictures.  She decided she wanted to draw the one in the middle on the right.  I think she did a pretty good job considering I told her that I wouldn't help her because I wanted to listen to the speakers.

• The fact that I refused to help her caused a little bit of drama.  There were some things she didn't think she could draw.  At one point, I had to take her out of the room because she was having a very loud melt down.  As we were talking about things out in the hall, she looked at me and said, "I just want to go home and be with Daddy!"  (Jeremy had stayed home from church because he was sick.)

Day 154: New Pool

We bought this pink pool about a month ago, but hadn't set it up yet.  Clara was so excited to finally be able to swim in her pink pool.

Day 153: Smiley Dinner

Clara insisted on me making her dinner plate look like this tonight.  Yummy eggs and banana!
